Chloe's Journey.....: May 2010

Weekends ago, Mummy and Daddy brought back to Mummy's hometown to apply for a new passport for me and renew their own passports.

Before that, Mummy put on a nice pink shirt given to me as gift by Mummy's colleague. Then , they took me to a photoshop to have my picture taken.
Mummy sat me on the chair and holding me in place, while Daddy and ChaeChae was monkeying around behind the photographer uncle.....

I was wondering why were they calling out to me and all from over there when suddenly the uncle snap away at me.
This is the outcome...

After submitting my application forms, paid RM150 (for 5 years validity) and a two hours wait......
This is my passport....

I think my fingers are way too tiny , therefore I do not have to put my finger on that black black thing and then touch the pages...

Last weekend, Mummy, TuaKorPoh and ChaeChae took me to Gurney's Parkson to buy new shoes for me.

Earlier on, my MaMa (Granny) bought a pair of sandles for me from the wet market, but the size was just way too big and my shoes keep falling off. It is a nice pair of sandles in pink shade with a Cj7 on each side.

But just about a week of wearing the sandles, one of the Cj7's antenna dropped off. Talked about cheap product....

Anyway, the sandles were also just way too big sized for my little feet. The sandles were loose, they kept dropping or came off when I tried to walk in them. This totally irritate the heck out of Mummy.

So, off we went, hunting for new shoes for me.
At the BabyKiko section, Mummy saw this white pair of lovely soft shoes for me.
She tried them on my feet and they fit perfectly and she bought them.
However, Mummy thinks I should have another pair of nice sandles too as this white pair is just too lovely to be worn to the playground and etc.

So, KorPoh saw this dark blue (eweeww) pair of sandles and she brought over for me to tried it on.

But but but.... they were just this ugly pair of shoes......
I refused to even consider having them, or even to try them on.
I put up my best defence and struggle and cried out loud when Mummy and KorPoh including the sales lady tries to put the pair of ugly dark blue sandles on me!!!!!

I struggled....
I fought with them....
I screamed my lungs out....
I refused to have the sandles put on my feet!!!!
They gave up....
I won......
No ugly dark blue shoes.....

We moved on....
We walked by another brand of shoes called NYC, and a pink color pair of sandles caught Mummy's attention.
It had this lovely butterfly on it , the shoes was soft and light , most importantly, it has a squeaker too!!!
Mummy took the sandles and showed me , I totally loved it.
So I coorperated and let Mummy wear them on my feet.
The sandles was just lovely....

Mummy was amazed and taken back by my willingness to wear the sandles while a short while ago, I was putting up a big fight with her.
Then, it finally down on her that I liked this pair of sandles, not the dark blue one, and I was trying to tell them that just now.
Realizing that, she went ahead and bought this pair for me.

I am very very proud of my butterfly sandles that I showed them to our neighbours , show to my YeahYeah and MaaMaa, and even sat down on the floor admiring them.
